2. Bound the First Act
Reduce the project to one honest output that can be completed in a single protected session. Give it a deadline and decide in advance what “done” means.
3. Preserve visible proof
Save the file, sent message, recording, published page, completed repetition, or other artifact. Proof prevents mood from rewriting what happened.
4. Review reality
Ask what the act revealed, what constraint actually appeared, and what should be repeated, changed, or stopped. This is where analysis becomes more valuable.
5. Repeat for 30 days
The 30-day structure is a practice window, not a promise of transformation. Use it to collect enough evidence to see patterns and restart quickly after interruptions.
