Purchase support
If you bought Knowing Is Not Enough — The First Act System, use the contact option in your Gumroad receipt or Gumroad Library. Gumroad is the checkout and delivery provider for receipts, downloads, license keys, and refund requests.
Before contacting support
- Check the email address used during purchase.
- Open your Gumroad receipt and product library.
- Look for the license key shown with your purchase.
- For private Journey access, enter the purchase email and full Gumroad license key.
Refund requests
The product has a real 30-day refund guarantee. Refund requests should be made through Gumroad using your receipt or Gumroad Library so the payment and access status can be handled correctly.
Support boundaries
Support covers purchase delivery and access issues. It does not include live calls, unlimited messaging, private WhatsApp guidance, done-for-you execution, therapy, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice, or guaranteed outcomes unless a separate offer explicitly says otherwise.
